About the Role
We are recruiting a polished and self-assured sales professional to join a busy dealership in Oxford. Sales sit at the heart of this business, so the role calls for an exceptional standard of professionalism and customer care throughout.
Day to day you will be responsible for selling vehicles profitably and consistently hitting the targets set with your Sales Manager. You will nurture strong customer relationships through your conduct, presentation and reliability, complete order documentation accurately, and lend a hand with promotional events, displays and training sessions.
Requirements
- A demonstrable record of success in sales, with the drive to surpass monthly targets
- A full UK manual driving licence (essential)
- Smart presentation and confident communication skills
- Availability across Monday to Saturday, with a weekday day off
