About the Role

We are recruiting a confident, well-presented Sales Executive to join a friendly sales team in Banbury. The role is all about delivering an excellent customer experience and building lasting relationships throughout the sales process.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, ideal for a driven salesperson eager to exceed their targets.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales with the enthusiasm to beat monthly targets
  • Ability to sell vehicles profitably and achieve goals set with the Sales Manager
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, with integrity and a professional manner
  • Comfortable preparing order forms and related paperwork
  • Willing to support promotions, mailing campaigns, vehicle displays and training meetings
  • A full UK manual driving licence is essential
