About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join a busy customer contact centre in Poole. This role is all about engaging with customers across multiple channels, answering their queries, handling booking requests and introducing relevant products to ensure a great experience every time.

You will speak with customers daily by phone, email and live chat, listen carefully to understand their needs and offer the right solutions, resolve inbound enquiries promptly and professionally, make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling), keep customer records accurate and up to date, and work closely with dealership teams to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
